MGS Restoration Ltd is a stone restoration company based in London. We are specialists in natural stone Marble floor cleaning, polishing, sealing and Terrazzo restoration in both residential and commercial properties.
We will bring your dull dirty floors back up to as close to when they were first installed increasing shine, lustre and protecting the floor for many more years to come. We work closely with the end client, insurance loss adjusters and main contractors to ensure the works are completed efficiently, on time, safely and ensure all arties are happy with the work provided

Our skill set also covers natural stone bathrooms, kitchen worktops, external steps and staircases. Our diamond polishing and chemical marble floor cleaning service takes tired, damaged and scratched surfaces back to almost new.

We work alongside property management companies on a variety of works to clean, polish and protect stone in high traffic areas such as foyers, lobbies, schools and churches.
We offer free consultations and quotations on all of our works and our project managers will see the work through to completion ensuring all parties are satisfied with the works.

We have recently just completed works at University of Westminster Marylebone Hall Terrazzo refinishing - 1600m2
as well as Full facade Doff cleaning at St Mary's Hospital, Paddington - 2900m2
Moving into 2025 we already have a large pre-order book with several larger Terrazzo refinishing orders as well as supply and installation of Terrazzo for a high end residential project. Details to follow as works progress.
Introducing Our Doff Integra 3 to 2025
We are very pleased to announce that following 2900m2 of very successful facade cleaning at the birthplace of Penicillin, the Grade II listed Building St Mary's Hospital, Paddington.

For the last 7 years we have been undertaking stone facade cleaning on a smaller level including external patios, staircase entrances, porticos and small building facdes using a variety of purpose built facde cleaning machines but the recent additional to our equipment list is the New Doff Integra
